No, we do not offer refunds. Our services are tailored to meet your specific needs, and a significant amount of time, expertise, and resources go into each project. We work closely with you during the process to ensure satisfaction, but due to the nature of our work, refunds are not feasible.

A Video Maker provides a secure client portal where you can track, review, and even order new projects. Once you create a free account, just click “New Video” to place an order—even if you’re not subscribed (though subscribers get great discounts!). After payment, you’ll complete a quick creative intake form, and then your project enters our queue. Within 24 hours, we’ll share an estimated turnaround time and reach out with any clarifying questions.

For larger video projects—like those over 5 minutes, or those needing custom motion graphics or animation—we break things down on our end to keep everything moving smoothly. You can expect updates every 24-48 hours until the full project is completed.

We estimate about one working day per minute of video, with a minimum of three working days per request. So, a 3-minute video would typically take around three working days. For more complex requests, though, it may take a bit longer. Need it sooner? We also offer rush delivery for an additional fee.

Yes, we can work with your template! However, please note that any customizations or modifications made to the template during the project will not be delivered back. We will provide the final product only, ensuring it meets your specifications while maintaining our streamlined workflow.

Yes! Once you subscribe, you can queue up as many video requests as you’d like with no length restrictions, and we’ll deliver them one by one.

Here’s some of the things we don’t do:

• Capturing screen recordings or website screenshots

• Independently sourcing assets (except music, stock footage from our libraries, or motion graphics templates)

• Creating cartoon or 2D animations

• Writing copy from scratch

• Creating videos without a creative intake form

No worries! We’ll revise the video up to 4 times. After that, additional drafts are just $50 per minute, per draft. And if we missed something on our end, we’ll fix it at no extra charge—it won’t count as a new draft.
